24 Hour rapid response hotline:
The Rapid Response Hotline number is (916)382-0256. There is language capacity in Spanish and English. There is usually only 1 dispatcher at a time, if the line is busy, it is because we are speaking with someone else.
To ensure we respond to our callers promptly, we ask that individuals calling use the line only to report ICE activity in the Sacramento Area, or seek help for someone detained in the past 24 hrs.
verification
The Rapid Response Hotline responds by sending trained Moral and Legal Observers to document ICE activity. They gather information for the legal team and refer families to attorneys for a consultation.
We dispel myths about any "raids" and false alarms! However, we're prepared to respond to large-scale mass enforcement.
Attorney referral &
legal support
The Sacramento Rapid Response Hotline is operated by NorCal Resist. The FUEL Legal Team receives referrals from the Hotline. We work together to provide legal assistance to individuals who are at an ICE Processing Center or have been detained.
